Webinar Description
There is nothing more tiring than leading an employee who wants to debate every aspect of the job, a project, and a policy. We all know that one employee. The one who loves to argue and debate everything. They're the ones who always have to have the last word, and they're always ready to push back on whatever you say. As a leader, it can be exhausting trying to manage someone like this. They disrupt the workplace, they create tension amongst the team, and they can really test your patience.
Argumentative employees can be a real pain to deal with. They disagree with everything you say and are always in a defensive mode. Such employees get angry over petty issues and are often ready to fight. Many times, it becomes difficult to handle their aggressiveness while discussing work-related issues with them. Engaging in a battle of wills can be tempting, but this will only worsen the situation. They are often looking for validation and attention. If you engage in an argument, you are only playing into their hands.
But there is hope! In this webinar, you'll learn proven strategies for dealing with employees who love to argue and debate everything. You will get to know the ways to deal with this type of employee that can help make the situation more manageable for everyone involved You'll learn how to defuse their arguments, how to keep them from derailing meetings and projects, how to stay confident and in control while dealing with them, how to avoid misunderstandings while handling such arguments and how to find common ground so that you can both move forward.
If you're struggling to deal with an employee who loves to argue, this webinar is for you. Register now and learn proven strategies for managing these challenging personalities.
